Comprehensive Community Services

Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a recovery-oriented, integrated behavioral health program for adults living with mental health and/or substance use disorders. CCS offers a coordinated, comprehensive array of treatment, recovery, and psychosocial rehabilitation services that help individuals access professional, community, and natural supports to meet their recovery goals.

The CCS program is person and family-centered and follows a consumer-directed model, meaning services are guided by the individual's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

While the program emphasizes individual choice, services are delivered by a coordinated team of professionals, peer specialists, and other support providers - all led by a dedicated CCS Service Facilitator.

CCS services are community-based and designed to support individuals in achieving long-term recovery. Programs are also committed to ongoing quality improvement.

Each CCS program is guided by a CCS Coordinating Committee, which includes consumers, family members, county staff, providers, and advocates. This committee plays an important role in program development, oversight, and quality assurance, ensuring that participant voices remain central to service delivery.
