Open Position - Part Time Maintenance TechnicianNew Auburn Housing Authority is seeking a part time building and property maintenance technician for its 12-unit elderly project located in the Village of New Auburn. Approx. 15-40 hrs./month at $22/hour. Candidates must have the skills needed to perform tasks including but not limited to minor repairs, lawn/snow care, cleaning community areas, transporting recycling, preparing units when there are vacancies, painting, collecting rents and laundry incomes, and monitoring professional contractors for large repairs.
