Overview
This county-based program provides a hot, sit-down meal at a designated location and plays a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and social engagement of adults aged 60 and older who are:
- Aged 60 and over, and
- Unable to prepare adequate meals on their own
- Able to get out of their home (if homebound, see Meals on Wheels)
How to Get Started
- Call the location to reserve or cancel dining reservations one business day in advance (ex: to reserve a Monday meal, call by noon the Friday before).
- Check in upon arrival. New diners will fill out a registration card. Annual registration is required for everyone.
- Carryout is not allowed; however, we understand unforeseen situations may come up and may be considered temporarily.
