Fees Effective August 1, 2020

Huber Fees

Huber fees are $20 per day for Chippewa County convictions. For out-of-county transfers, it is $30 per day.

Home Detention Fees

Home detention fees are $20 per day. Home Detention with Sober Track is $26 per day.

Electronic Monitor Fees

Electronic monitor fees are $20 per day regular EM; and $26 per day for EM and alcohol monitoring. Out-of-county transfers are $30 per day for regular EM; and $36 per day for EM and alcohol monitoring.

Court-Ordered PBTs (Preliminary Breath Tests)

Court-ordered PBTs are $5 per test. It is recommended that you pay for these tests weekly rather than on a daily basis.

Court-Ordered Soberlink Program Fees

Court-ordered Soberlink Program fees are $14 per day for a total of $98 per week.

Open Records & Release of Information Fees

• $10 per flash drive

We will not accept payment with coins in excess of $10 in quarters or $2 in dimes, nickels or pennies.
