Real estate documents are recorded 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and 7:30 am to 10:30 am Friday. Documents received after 3:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and 10:30 am Friday are recorded the following business day.
As of January 1, 2025, we require self-addressed stamped return envelopes for all paper documents received for recording. If you would like to receive your recorded document(s) back electronically for free, please complete the Swift Agreement (PDF) to include with your document(s). Thank you!
