Immunizations

Health Department vaccines are available free of charge for those who qualify. Contact the Health Department at 715-726-7900 before the clinic with questions. 

Children and adults with health insurance that covers vaccines should use their primary health care provider for immunizations.

• Recommended vaccines by age

Adult Immunizations

Adults can get the following immunizations: Influenza, Tdap, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, MMR, Varicella, Pneumococcal, and COVID-19.

Child Immunizations

Children 18 years and younger can get FREE immunizations if they meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:

• American Indian or Alaska Native
• Have Wisconsin Medical Assistance (BadgerCare Plus)
• Underinsured (insurance does not cover immunizations)
• Uninsured

Note: Vaccinations can be given to minors only with parent/guardian signed consent. The parent must attend the appointment if the child is less than 18 years old. If you have any questions, please call 715-726-7900.
