We encourage you to submit new cases and documents using the e-Filing system.

The Court of Appeals is the intermediate level court in Wisconsin.   The Court of Appeals’ main function is to determine if the decision made by the circuit court is correct and/or followed the correct procedure.

  • Filing Fee of $195.00 (unless waived)
  • The appellant must also pay the $15.00 circuit court filing fee.
